Several weeks ago, while I was in a wild state of mind, I did something a little crazy. Something that most people wouldn't admit to even if they were one of the few who tried it. I threw my hat into...
the "Antiques Roadshow" lottery for a Louisville show. I had done it once before and (of course) didn't make it. However, this time it was different. I received a notice that I would soon receive tickets and gave me information on logistics for items to be appraised.

TI-82? How about its ancestor my mom has with a red light display? :)

Whoa, where'd they find that - the Mayan ruins?
I think that TI-30 could be worth something. I'm familiar with the show, if you can prove that it was used by the Mayan's, it will really up the value.
Vince, do you really not have anything for the show? Thats funny.
I don't have anything in my possession that I could possibly imagine being worth anything on the antique roadshow. Nor would they be considered antiques by any stretch of the imagination.
Maybe I'll go to a flea market or something beforehand, but more than likely I'll just borrow something.
